So you bought some of our epic gear — congrats. Now let’s talk about how it gets from us to you, because patience is a virtue, but nobody wants to wait forever.
1. Processing Time – We Don’t Mess Around
Once your order hits our system:

Standard orders usually ship within 1–3 business days.

Custom or special items? Might take a bit longer — but we’ll let you know.
We work fast, but we’re not teleportation wizards… yet.
2. Shipping Options – Choose Your Adventure
We offer a few ways to get your gear:

Standard shipping: Reliable, economical, just like a dependable buddy.

Expedited shipping: Faster than your last bad date running from commitment.
Exact rates and times will be shown at checkout — no surprises, unless your internet provider is playing tricks.
3. U.S. Only – Sorry, International Fans
We ship within the United States only. If you live elsewhere, we admire your taste in underwear from afar.
4. Tracking – Follow the Mission
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Watch it like a hawk, or just chill — either way, you’ll know when it lands.
5. Shipping Delays – Real Life Happens
Weather, carriers, solar flares, Appalachian hurricanes or a zombie apocalypse may delay your order. We’re not responsible for carrier hiccups, but we’ll do our best to troubleshoot.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages – Not Cool, We Know
If your order goes MIA or arrives in pieces:

Damage during shipping happens, but leaving you hanging isn’t our style.
