Look, we want you to love what you ordered. If you don’t, we’ll fix it — but let’s keep things reasonable and adult-ish.
Returns (AKA: Let’s Undo This Together)
You’ve got 30 days from the day your order hits your doorstep to request a return.
Not 31. Not “whenever you feel like it.” Thirty.
To qualify, your item needs to come back the way it arrived:
- Clean
- Unworn
- Untouched
- Tags still attached
- In the original packaging
Basically: if you wouldn’t buy it in its current condition, neither will we.

If we approve your return, we’ll send you a return label and tell you where to ship it.
Sending stuff back without asking first?
Yeah… don’t. Unapproved returns get rejected harder than a bad Tinder opener.
Damaged, Defective, or Just Flat-Out Wrong Items
Open your package and something’s off? A defect? Wrong item? A cosmic joke?
Tell us immediately so we can make things right.
We don’t fix problems we don’t know about.

Some items are final — no negotiations, no “pretty please.”

The fastest way is the classic move:

Once your return clears, you’ll get refunded.
No waiting on us to play middleman.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection — yes, we actually check — we’ll approve or deny your refund.
If approved, the money goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days (banks love being slow, don’t blame us).
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and there’s still no refund:
Use the “Contact Us” form on our website and nudge us. Politely. Or dramatically. Dealer’s choice.
